Theoretical economy: on the eve of the journal’s 15th anniversary
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This section provides an overview of the materials presented in issue 10 (130) of our journal. This issue is being published on the eve of our online publication’s 15th anniversary: it was registered in November 2010, and its first issue was released on the morning of January 1, 2011. The journal immediately announced its advancement of the concept of theoretical economics as a new paradigmatic mainstream in socioeconomic research. Over the course of a decade and a half, communicating with readers, the editorial board and authors have persistently and consistently developed and advanced this concept. According to the editor, the publications in this issue offer ideas for the further development of this concept. In other words, they continue the work we have been doing on the pages of our online publication for the past decade and a half. This section illustrates this development through the examples of each work presented in this issue. The editor notes that this is evident, albeit to varying degrees, in both the contributions of well-known and new authors. The focus of this issue is traditionally, first, on current issues of theoretical economics, explored by Moscow authors M.A. Alpidovskaya and A.I. Sirotkina, A.A. Oleinikov, and V.A. Melanin. Second, on the theoretical aspects of the new industrialization, examined in the works of A.M. Balashov from Novosibirsk and A.V. Raikhlina from Yaroslavl. Third, attention is drawn to contemporary issues of the global economy, explored in the works of V.Z. Chaplyuk and Zaki Akhmad from Moscow, I.A. Karachev from Yaroslavl, and I.V. Medvedev from Moscow. The methodology of this editorial study is naturally based on our proposed concept of theoretical economics. The scientific novelty of this work lies in identifying the contribution of the articles published in this issue to the development of this concept.
